November 5-8 – Rivers’ Edge International Film Festival

Rivers Edge International Film Festival will be a four day event built around the showing of quality independent film from around the world . The REIFF is held in multiple downtown venues including Maiden Alley Cinema , 2 Street Gallery & the Yeiser Art Center .

Thursday, November 5, 2009 will begin with the Kickoff event, featuring film screening and live music. On Friday , November 6, 2009  the  screenings will continue that afternoon and run continuously throughout the evening, ending at midnight. And on Saturday, November 7, 2009 will be a full day of film at every venue, as well as lectures by industry leaders. Saturday night ' Meet the Film Makers ' party and after-party downtown pub crawl. Then on Sunday, November 8, 2009 the Matinee program at Maiden Alley Cinema followed by open forum and discussion with all the filmmakers, and awards ceremony.
