January 6 – Full Moon Cruise from Barkley Lodge
August’s full “sturgeon” moon will rise in the company of a boat tour loaded and launched from Barkley Lodge. From the windows or outer deck of a two-story boat operated by a U.S.C.G.-licensed captain, tour participants will see the sun set and the full moon rise from the waters of Lake Barkley.
At $25 per person, the 2½-hour Full Moon Cruise offers an opportunity for visitors and local residents alike to get out on the water without the concerns of renting one’s own boat.
Private coolers are welcome.
Tour begins at 6:30 pm.
